All features, content, product specifications, and prices listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product attributes including materials, colours, and customisation options; however, the actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.
The inclusion of any product on this website at a given time does not guarantee its availability. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable local and national laws regarding the purchase and use of any item ordered from FCG.
3. Custom and Personalised Orders
Many of our products — including diaries, notebooks, table calendars, bags, and desktop items — are available with custom branding such as logo embossing, screen printing, and personalised packaging. For customised orders:
- • The customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork files and branding details at the time of order.
- • FCG will not be held responsible for errors in customisation arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- • Customised and personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- • A sample or digital proof may be shared for approval before bulk production begins, subject to order size and type.
4. Bulk and Corporate Orders
FCG specialises in bulk corporate orders. For orders above a minimum quantity, special pricing may apply. Bulk orders require an advance payment or deposit before production commences. Delivery timelines for bulk orders will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to addresses within India via trusted courier partners. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. FCG is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please note: Once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled. You may cancel within 6 hours of order placement by writing to info@fcg.co.in.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. FCG reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful, and that you have the authority to place the order.
