Shopping Information
How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Standard (non-customised) orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Customised or bulk orders may take 7–15 business days depending on the product and quantity. Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
 
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 within India. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
 
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made within 6 hours of order placement by contacting us at info@fcg.co.in or calling +91 7727989899. Once the order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible.
 
What if my package is delayed or lost in transit?
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with our courier partner to locate and expedite your shipment. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will arrange a replacement or refund after completing the investigation with the courier.
 
Do you accept bulk and corporate gifting orders?

Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and EMI options via our secure payment gateway. For bulk orders, NEFT/RTGS transfers are also accepted.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on our website are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. FCG does not store your card or banking details on our servers.
 
When will I be charged for my order?
For standard orders, payment is collected at the time of checkout. For bulk or customised orders, an advance deposit (typically 50%) is required before production begins, with the balance payable before dispatch.
 
Can I get a GST invoice for my corporate order?
Yes, we provide GST-compliant invoices for all orders. Please share your company's GSTIN at the time of order placement, and it will be included on your invoice.
Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for standard, non-customised products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customised products are non-returnable.
 
How do I initiate a return?

Email us at info@fcg.co.in with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will share a Return Authorisation number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Are customised or personalised products returnable?

No. Products with custom branding such as logo printing, embossing, or personalised packaging are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect caused by us.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
