Returns & Refunds

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for standard (non-customised) products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition;
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts intact;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Please note: Customised and personalised products (items with logo printing, embossing, or bespoke packaging) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fcg.co.in or call +91 7727989899 with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive a Return Authorisation — our team will verify your request and share a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with return instructions.
3. Ship the item — carefully repackage the product and ship it to our return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by FCG.
4. Inspection and confirmation — once we receive and verify the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:

  • • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • • A restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.
  • • Refunds for orders paid via UPI or net banking will be credited directly to the source account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a standard product for a different variant, please indicate your preference when raising your return request. Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected. Additional shipping charges may apply for the replacement dispatch.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. FCG will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Damage claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • • All customised, personalised, or branded products;
  • • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page;
  • • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
