Shipping

1. Shipping Methods

We ship all orders across India via trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post. The available shipping methods are as follows:

Standard Shipping
Delivery within 5–7 business days.
Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, shipping charges range between ₹80–₹150.

Express Shipping
Delivery within 2–3 business days.
Shipping charges range between ₹200–₹350, calculated at checkout.

Bulk / Corporate Orders
Delivery timeline will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
Shipping charges are provided through a custom quote based on order volume and destination.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability. Remote or tier-3 locations may require an additional 2–3 days.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For customised and bulk orders (e.g., branded diaries, notebooks, bags), production time is 7–15 business days depending on the product and quantity. The confirmed dispatch date will be shared with you at order confirmation.

Cancellation window: Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned, it cannot be cancelled. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement by writing to info@fcg.co.in.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package, your delivery PIN code, and the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment.

  1. 1. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000 (standard shipping, within India).
  2. 2. For bulk corporate orders, shipping charges are quoted separately based on volume, packaging dimensions, and destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website. If you have any trouble tracking your order, contact us at info@fcg.co.in.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including the correct PIN code.

6. Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged. If damage is noticed after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Please note: FCG is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

7. Pan-India Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India, including metro cities, Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, and most rural areas. Deliverability to specific PIN codes is subject to courier partner serviceability and will be confirmed at checkout.

8. Policy Updates

FCG reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. We encourage customers to review this policy before placing their orders.
